Do I need to confirm my booking?
Yes, we highly recommend calling into the office between 24-48 hours before you are due to travel. This enables our reservations team to confirm all details of your booking and ensure that all your details have been received correctly. If you are unable to call, please email or facebook message us and wait for a return reply.
Where do I wait for my transfer?
If you are arriving at the Cairns Airport we have desks in both the International and Domestic arrivals halls – please make your way to the desk on arrival & our team will give you your ticket and let you know which bus to board.
On collection at your selected hotel, we will generally collect you from the hotel reception. However, if you are unsure just give our friendly reservations team a call who will confirm this for you.
How long will my transfer take?
From the Airport to Port Douglas – we estimate a total journey time of 1 hour and 30 minutes, including drops and pickups at locations in between.
We estimate the same journey time on your return.
Between Airport and Palm Cove, we estimate 40 mins.
Of course, this cannot be set in stone and could change on the day due to traffic conditions.
What if I need to change / cancel my booking?
If you cancel your ticket under 24 hours there will be no refund on the cost of your booked shuttle service
If you cancel your ticket 24-48 hours prior to travel a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
If you cancel your ticket 48 hours prior to travel you will receive a full refund less 15% administration fee.
No refund is provided in the case of services that have already commenced.
Bookings can be changed to another date. (Depending on availability). Or transferred to another party, for a period of 6 months from the date of booking.
How can I pay for my transfer?
If you book over the phone or via our website, we accept Visa or Mastercard payments.
If you book at our airport desk we accept Visa, Mastercard or cash.
Our drivers will not accept cash or credit card on board the bus, please bare this in mind when deciding on your transfer booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Our team at the airport keep an eye on all arriving flights, so we will generally be aware if there is a delay in your flight.
The team at the airport will simply transfer your booking onto the next available service if this situation arises.
I am travelling with young children, do you provide child seats?
Yes we provide child seats and rearward facing baby seats as long as this has been pre-booked in advance with reservations team.
How much luggage can I bring on board?
Each traveller can bring 1 piece of luggage up to 30kgs (with the exception of pushchairs & wheelchairs), any extras will be chargeable.
Please advise us when you place your booking if you will be travelling with extra luggage, to avoid any issues upon boarding.
